• The promotion will be live at all participating retail outlets across the 7 Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Um Al Quwain) from the 1st of January 2024 to the 31st of January 2024.
• The Participant must be of age eighteen years and older. The individual should be a resident or citizen of the United Arab Emirates to take part in this consumer promotion organized by Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C
• Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C will be gathering the essential personal data such as their first name, last name, E-mail address, Emirates, area, preferred store, contact number, and Nationality during this consumer promotion and for future promotional communications. If obligatory, it may be necessary to share this data with the regulatory bodies or other approved organizations of the United Arab Emirates.
• The participants affirm and agree to supply the necessary information on the registration page by taking part in this consumer promotion and for future promotional communications from Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C.
• Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C and the retail outlet in which this consumer promotion is live and its branches, will not be responsible for any financial loss or damages caused by the rejection to allow participant/participants to take part in the consumer promotion due to any failure or inability to share the details as requested as per the campaign guidelines.
• 30 Prizes have been allotted for the campaign winners of the Consumer Promotion

Steps to take part in consumer promotion.

Step 1. Scan the QR Code on the product or point sales material in the outlets (Neck tags, Wobblers, and Special Stickers)

Step 2. Enter the first name, last name, E-mail address, Emirates, area, preferred store, contact number, and Nationality.

• The Winners will be chosen during the period of the Campaign (1st January 2024 - 31st of January 2024). The 30 winners will be notified through an Email/contacting them directly through the valid phone number provided.
• The winners will receive a direct email from the company with instructions on how they can claim their prize. It is mandatory that the winners reply with their personal information such as Full Name and Emirates ID number within 10 working days of the initial contact in order for the prize to be fulfilled. The prize will be forfeited if no response is received
• After receiving approval from the appropriate authorities Government and Outlet all decisions made by Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C regarding any aspects of consumer promotion are final.
• Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C and all participating retail outlets, and its branches hold the right, at their discretion and without prior notice to participants, to terminate this consumer promotion or modify the terms and conditions at any time after receiving approval from the appropriate authorities in Dubai, UAE. It is the responsibility of the participant to check the terms and conditions prior to taking part in the competition.
• For any reason, the prize cannot be transferred to another person or replaced with cash. The prize is tax-paid and non-negotiable. The participant understands that by entering the campaign it does not create a bonding relationship between the participant and Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C.
• The participants understand that accepting the prize is entirely at their risk, Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C or the retail outlet will NOT be responsible for any warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.
• The campaign mechanism, graphics used, branding elements, copy and landing page, and other intellectual property rights, as well as all rights related to the promotion, are the sole properties of Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C
• The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern and be applied to the interpretation of these terms and conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising out of or related to the contents or formation. Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C reserves the right to end this promotion at any point while it is in effect.
• The agreement to the above terms and conditions makes the whole contract between the participant and Al Rawabi Dairy Company L.L.C regarding their participation in this consumer promotion.
